Do You Have A Burning Sensation?
Alopecia areata is a condition that causes round patches of hair loss and can lead to total hair loss. The cause of alopecia is unknown. A significant number of people with this condition have a family history of alopecia. Hair loss is thought to be an autoimmune condition. This occurs when the immune system mistakenly attacks and destroys healthy body tissue. Alopecia is seen in men, women and children. A major life event such as an illness, pregnancy or trauma occurs before the hair loss in some patients.
Forms of alopecia include: - Alopecia areata - patches of hair loss, usually on the scalp, but they also can be in the beard or other areas - Alopecia totalis - complete loss of scalp hair - Alopecia universalis - total loss of all body hair
Most of the time there are no other symptoms besides hair loss, but some people may feel a burning sensation or itching. Alopecia areata usually begins as one to two patches of hair loss, most often on the scalp. It may also be seen in the beard, eyebrows, arms or legs. Roundish patches of hair loss are smooth and may be peach-colored. Hairs that look like exclamation points are sometimes seen at the edges of a bald patch. Occasionally, a scalp biopsy may be performed. Several blood tests may be done, because alopecia areata may occur with autoimmune conditions. If hair loss is not widespread, the hair will likely regrow in a few months, whether or not treatment is used. Even for more severe hair loss, it is not clear whether treatments will change the course of the condition.
Typical therapy may include: - Steroid injection under the skin surface - Topical corticosteroids - Topical immunotherapy - Topical minoxidil - Ultraviolet light therapy - Use of wigs - Irritating drugs may be applied to hairless areas to cause the hair to regrow - natural hair care products
You should keep your hair and scalp clean in order to prevent hair falling. Wash your hair with mild shampoo to take away dirt and oil in your scalp. Keeping your hair and scalp clean is the most important hair loss advice. Frequent shampooing is advised if you have an oily scalp with thinning hair. These surface oils contain high levels of testosterone, which can re-renter the skin and affect the hair follicle.
Marbo hair loss shampoo is effective against alopecia because it contains herbal ingredients from different medicinal herbs. Active ingredients full of vitamins and mineral salts stimulate local circulation and hair root renewal. Sage and rosemary extracts regulate sebum secretion, prevent scalp greasing and soothe scalp itching and irritation. Thin and scarce hair becomes stronger, and in many cases, especially in women, thicker. At the same time, Marbo Shampoo 03 is a product for totally natural, mild and hygienic hair wash, which is still used by many of our customers.

Alopecia Barbae – Treatments
There are several factors which allegedly cause alopecia barbae, but scientists are still unable to determine the exact root cause of this condition despite modern technology. Theories considering the Causes of Alopecia majorly revolve around genetics and hormonal imbalance. Genetics play a big role because it has been observed that people with family members having alopecia of any kind has a higher percentage of acquiring the condition at some point in their lives compared to those without. Another thing is that the imbalance brought about by the rush or lack of a specific hormone in the body can also cause changes in the amount of hair in the body.
One specific androgen, known as dihydrotestosterone or DHT is thought to play the most critical part in all kinds of alopecia, especially androgenetic alopecia. Hair growth is also determined by the amount of blood circulation in the near the skin surface. If the blood circulation gets compromised, hair loss will follow because hair follicles cannot produce and re-grow hair due to lack of nutrients and oxygen brought about by the blood.
Alopecia barbae Treatment options for are limited and some are severe with low success rates, lengthy treatment plans as well as side effects from the treatments. The treatments include use of 5% Minoxidil to help encourage hair regrowth. While this treatment can help, there is not a high percentage reversal rate in cases of alopecia barbae. Also, steroids are used as a treatment for Alopecia Barbae. Daily topical application of a steroid cream onto the beard patch is the most common way to use steroid therapy. Some doctors will give the patient the option of a regiment of steroid injections once every four to six weeks for up to six months to help the hair grow back. However, they do not always give results, and it can even occur that the beard patch stays permanently without hair and the skin of the beard patch can become thin and easily damaged. Minoxidil is often used in conjunction with steroids, as it appears to enhance the action of the steroids.
Marbo Lotion quickly stops hair loss regardless of its cause. This product is very easy to use and gives fast results. We highly recommend use of this product together with Marbo Shampoo 03 for best results. Alopecia Barbae – Disturbing Condition For Men
When people think of hair loss they normally think of male pattern baldness. However, hair loss isn't just a man's problem. It's estimated that 25% of all women will experience hair loss at some point in their life. Male pattern baldness is a hereditary form of hair loss. Other factors that cause hair loss besides genetics are side effects from medications, hormones, stress and diseases could also be to blame. If it is a medical problem the good news is that it can often be corrected relatively easily. After you've received a proper treatment, you shouldn't have any more problems with hair loss. It is also important that you speak with a doctor if you happen to notice a significant amount of hair shedding. Your doctor can run all of the necessary tests to figure out if there is a serious medical condition that could be contributing to your hair loss.
Chronic Telogen Effluvium affects mostly women, because they lose blood during their menstrual cycle. Women must make sure to replace the iron they have lost because of their menstrual cycle. This type of hair loss is caused by an iron deficiency. This doesn't happen right away, so you might not see the relation between your menstrual cycle and your hair loss. It takes a long time for your iron deficiency to start impacting your hair. The good news is the damage to your hair is reversible. You can easily get the nutrients you need by simply changing your diet. Beef, veal, lamb, and poultry all have a substantial amount of iron. If you combine that with orange juice, since it's rich in vitamin c, it will more absorbable to the body.
The emotional aspects of hair loss can be hard. Our world regards hair as a sign of youth and good health. The good news is that alopecia areata does not affect overall health. It should not stop you from achieving your goals and dreams. You should not let it stop you from doing well in school, sports, and work.
Marbo Hair Loss Shampoo is effective because it contains herbal ingredients from different medicinal herbs.
Alopecia Barbae – Disturbing Condition For Men
Alopecia Barbae is not harmful but it is not a pleasant condition for men who suffer through it. It isn't correlated to any other health issues and doesn't affect your overall health. It is fairly typical for men who experience patches of facial hair loss to experience it again at another point in time though the barbae form of alopecia does not indicate or boost your probability for other varieties of alopecia or hair loss.
Even though Areata Barbae does not harm your physical health, it can seriously decrease a man's self-esteem. No one really knows why this hair loss occurs, although there are certain studies that show that it is an autoimmune response from the body, when the hair sheds and can re-grow up to several years later. While only the body can truly cure the condition on its own by turning it off, there are some recommended treatments to encourage the hair follicles to re-grow faster than they would normally.
Cortisone injections are mostly used for treating Alopecia Barbae. This treatment is usually performed by a dermatologist. A tiny needle is inserted repeatedly into the area of the skin where the hair is missing. If the injections work, a patient can expect to see hair re-grow in a period of four weeks. However, cortisone injections are no guarantee that hair will re-grow at all. The procedure is relatively painless with only a minor tingling sensation felt as the injections are placed into the surface of the skin.
The application of anthralin is another possible treatment for Areata Barbae . It is a synthetic cream or ointment that resembles a tar-like substance. This cream or ointment is applied to each of the bald patches of skin to encourage hair growth. The ointment is left on the skin for 30 to 60 minutes before it is washed off. If the treatment has been effective, new hair growth can be seen in approximately 12 to 14 weeks. However, this treatment comes with some side effects - it can irritate or dye the skin, so care must be taken to not leave the cream on for more than the recommended time.
Topical Minoxidil has proved to be effective in treating the cases of Alopecia Barbae. The procedure of this treatment is also quite simple as it just involves applying a solution of the medicine that is 5% in concentration to the affected areas. Some other solutions which are 2% in concentration have not been that effective in the treatment and should be avoided. According to many experts the combination of Topical Minoxidil and Cortisone increases the effectiveness manifolds and also the chances of hair re-growth.

How to Solve Hair Loss Problem
Alopecia areata is the partial or complete hair loss from areas on the body that usually grow hair. Your hair tends to fall out quicker than you can regrow it. The most common form of alopecia areata is termed male-pattern baldness where the middle of the scalp gradually goes bald with only a circling fringe of hair left. In women, Alopecia occurs as thinning of hair all over the scalp. Some types are temporary like hair loss following pregnancy and menopause and do not require treatment. Permanent hair loss causes a negative self-image and needs treatment to be reversed.
Although most autoimmune diseases are incurable, there are many medications and treatment methods that can use to negate the effects and control the disease. As Alopecia Areata is caused by immune cells accumulating at the hair follicles, treatments that suppress and subdue these cells will theoretically reverse the condition.
There are numerous alopecia treatments . It is up to you to find the right one with the help of a health professional. Essential oils of cedarwood, lavender, rosemary and thyme can promote hair growth. Essential oils can be toxic and irritating to the skin so you have to use them in carrier oil.
Many doctors treat alopecia areata with minoxidil. An alternative to minoxidil is diphencyprone (DPC), a chemical also used in developing film. Workers that were developing films for a longer period found that it caused hair to sprout in unwanted places if they failed to wash after using it. While DCP is not a prescription drug, it is in no way a natural treatment, and applying it requires the use of protective garments and special ventilation under professional supervision. Minoxidil is a topical medication that the FDA has approved to treat alopecia areata. It stimulates hair growth within six months. It helps stop balding and reverses some of the changes in the hair follicles. It takes several weeks to notice the results. Side effects include scalp dryness, itchiness or scaling. Minoxidil must be used continuously in order to maintain the results.
In the case you have tried all the conventional hair loss treatments and they do not bring results, maybe you should consider hair transplantation. It is a form of surgery and is a permanent treatment. The doctor numbs the area with a local anesthesia. He then removes small plugs containing hair, skin and underlying tissue. These plugs are carefully transplanted to the balding area. The main complication of this treatment is the possibility of the hair transplants not looking natural.
Marbo Lotion quickly stops hair loss regardless of its cause. This product is very easy to use. It gives even better results when used Marbo Shampoo 03. The use is recommended in case of different scalp problems: dandruff, oily hair, seborrhoeic dermatitis, scalp itching, thin and weak hair, hair loss for hormone imbalance (problems with thyroid gland, cystic ovaries, pregnancy), occasional seasonal hair loss, cytostatic therapy and radiation and for hair damaged by chemical treatments.

Women Affected With Alopecia Areata
Psychological effect caused by alopecia can be very harmful for self-esteem of women, especially young girls. Beside the grief women having this disease can feel, they can also develop some types of psychological complications because of the changed image of them others might have. It has to be dealt in a careful manner, showing the ways of coping with it, instead of desperately finding the ways to cure it. Hair is crucial for the identity of many women, because all the key factors of what makes one woman are connected with hair like femininity, sexuality, attractiveness and personality. One thing is sure, the problem should never be overlooked, disregarder or underestimated. It’s important to question all the ways it’s impacting her life and find ways to resolve it or at least facilitate it.
Seeking counseling is a good idea, since it showed good results so far, because women and girls with this condition find the support in each other and often share creative ways to style hair. Think about investing in stylish hats, wings and scarves that will help you find a fashionable new look. If you lost eyelashes because of this disease, use fake ones. There are many fake lashes that resemble natural ones in the beauty supply stores. Visit a beautician to ask her about the best way of applying eyebrows with eyebrow pencil or eye liner. You will soon realize by yourself the importance of sunglasses. They will protect your eyes from the sun but also from wind and dust. In time, you will find the way to accept it and become more tolerant toward people with disabilities. Eventually, women find the strength to live with it.
Shampoo that gives results with the hair loss condition contains herbal ingredients from different medicinal herbs. Active ingredients full of vitamins and mineral salts stimulate local circulation and hair root renewal. Sage and rosemary extracts regulate sebum secretion, prevent scalp greasing and soothe scalp itching and irritation. Using both the lotion and shampoo guarantees clearing all types of dandruff, chronic seborrhoeic dermatitis, scalp redness and itching. Thin and scarce hair becomes stronger, and in many cases, especially in women, thicker.

What Causes Traction Alopecia?
Millions of people damage their hair by wearing styles that pull too tightly on their hair. Known as traction alopecia, this type of hair loss is caused by styles such as cornrows or tight ponytails, which can pull hair out by the roots and traumatize the hair follicles. Aside from loss of hair, traction alopecia can be characterized by red bumps, infections, papules and pustules. Thinning is first noticed at the hairline and wherever the hair is pulled tightly.
Traction Alopecia can be treated and it's reversible in most cases, but you have to stop braiding your hair or wearing it in ponytails and buns. Keeping your hair tightly bound for long periods of time is a leading cause of traction alopecia. Stop using harsh chemicals. Bleaching your hair and using dyes or hair-straightening chemicals can weaken the tensile strength of your hair and cause it to detach and fall out more easily. Once this happens, even normal brushing and combing can cause hair to fall out.
If braiding, a ponytail or cornrows define your style, you need to change the way to wear your hair. Trimming the hair very short may help to establish a new style by allowing the damaged follicles to recover, but expect the process to take at least six months. A wig or other hair replacement system might be used to ease the transition. Using soft accessories and experimenting with new styles will reduce the damage from pulled hair loss.
Traction alopecia can also occur through the use ofchemical treatments such as hair dyes, bleaches and even hair straighteners. The issue here is that the hair can become fragile and can fall out with brushing and combing. Traction Alopecia needs to be tackled early on before any hair loss becomes permanent. You may have to consult a doctor or a trichologist to confirm the diagnosis. People using false eye lashes have been known to suffer too since their natural eyelashes will die off with their extensive and continued use.
It is easier to treat traction alopecia in the early stage, then later on when your hair has permanently stopped growing and your only option is having hair graft or transplant, in which healthy hair from another part of the head is transplanted to the spot or spots where hair has stopped growing.
Marbo Activator is 100% natural formula that activates growth of new hair on thinning and bald regions. It is effective in most cases of hair loss especially Alopecia Areata. This product can be effectively used for loss of all body and facial hair. Using regularly Marbo Activator stimulates new hair growth on thinning scalp and bald regions, while your hair becomes firmer and healthier.

Fight Against Alopecia Areata
There are a variety of different reasons why men and women suffer from hair loss. If you are suffering from sudden hair loss you should see your doctor immediately. This could potentially be a sign of a serious medical condition. Hair loss also might be a side effect of taking a prescription drug. Hair loss is usually caused by hereditary factors. The term male pattern baldness is often used to describe this type of hair loss.
Alopecia research ranges from the most basic studies of the mechanisms of hair growth and hair loss in mice to testing medications and ways to apply medications to help regrow hair in people. Both the National Institutes of Health and the National Alopecia Areata Foundation support research into the disease and its treatment. There are some researches that are promising.
Development of an animal model is a critical first step toward understanding the disease, and much progress has been made. Researchers have identified an inbred strain of mice that spontaneously develops a condition similar to the adult-onset form of alopecia areata. This mouse model has already allowed researchers to identify some genetic factors that are involved in development of the disease. By studying mice with a disease similar to human alopecia areata, researchers hope to learn more about the mechanism of the disease and eventually develop immune system treatments for the disease in people.
Scientists are studying the possible genetic causes and mechanism of the disease both in families that have one or more people with the disease and in the general population, so they can map the genes that may be the cause of hair loss. An understanding of the genetics of the disorder will aid in disease prevention, early intervention, and development of specific therapies.
Studying hair follicle development in mouse embryos will help in gaining a better understanding of hair cycle biology that may lead to treatments for the underlying disease process.
Epithelial stem cells are immature cells that are responsible for regenerating and maintaining a variety of tissues, including the skin and the hair follicles. Stem cells in the follicle appear to be spared from injury in alopecia areata, which may explain why the potential for regrowth is always there in people with the disease. By studying the biology of these cells, scientists hope to gain a better understanding of factors that trigger the disease.
While there are proven drugs that help with the treatment of hair loss some people would rather not deal with the potential side effects of prescription drugs. There are many different natural options out there for people looking for alternatives. However, you should understand the causes of your hair loss before trying any of these hair loss products. You should consult a doctor if you’re experiencing hair shedding because it might be a sign of a more serious medical condition.
Marbo Hair is a very popular supplement for people looking for a natural alopecia treatment . This product can be effectively used for loss of all body and facial hair. Using regularly Marbo Activator stimulates new hair growth on thinning scalp and bald regions, while your hair becomes firmer and healthier.

Natural Hair Care for Hair Growth
The use of natural hair care products alone can promote healthy growth of the hair. Hair roots are actually alive and just as like any other organs found in our body, they require nourishment in order to sustain their normal functioning. Natural hair products that are utilized to promote total health of the hair are virtually free of any side effects and are tested through times that have been handed down by generations.
The benefits of natural hair care products cannot be denied, since they not only prevent hair loss but also contribute to the texture, shine and overall appearance of hair. In addition, they are free of harsh chemicals, and some may even have additional health benefits.
It is very important for you to begin treatment for your hair loss as soon as you notice that your strands are thinning. This will significantly increase your chances of getting your strands to grow back. If the follicles sit there for too long without strands, the follicles will lose their ability to function and the hair loss will become permanent.
Choosing the right natural hair care products for you is very important. However, with all the choices available today, it can be hard to find that ideal product. It's also easy to be fooled by chemically-based products which market themselves as "natural" simply because they contain a few natural ingredients. But before you go for any treatment make sure that the treatment will serve your purpose. First of all you must know the actual cause of the hair fall problem. It might be due to a number of reasons. The treatments depend upon the causes.
While researchers are trying to find ways to remedy the problem with one drug or a cocktail of chemical compounds, traditional remedies for hair loss have existed for thousands of years. One of the best natural hair care products in the market comes from the Marbo Hair Collection. Marbo Activator is 100% natural formula that activates growth of new hair on thinning and bald regions. It is effective in most cases of hair loss especially Alopecia Areata. This product can be effectively used for loss of all body and face hair. Using regularly Marbo Activator stimulates new hair growth on thinning scalp and bald regions, while your hair becomes firmer and healthier.
Marbo Shampoo against hair loss contains herbal ingredients from different medicinal herbs. Active ingredients full of vitamins and mineral salts stimulate local circulation and hair root renewal. Sage and rosemary extracts regulate sebum secretion, prevent scalp greasing and soothe scalp itching and irritation.

Genetic Predisposition for Alopecia Areata
The essence of the illness is that by some external or internal influence the cells of hair follicles change, which the immune system consequently identifies as foreign tissue and begins to create antibodies to destroy them. The immune system cells attack the fast growing cells in the hair follicles, where hair is formed. Hair first stops growing and then falls out of bulbs. That may occur at any age and affects 1% of the population. The afflicted persons have small hair follicles, which drastically slow down their hair growth . People with alopecia areata more often suffer from thyroid illnesses, atopic eczema, allergic cold and asthma. Just as with many other health problems, it can sometimes begin with a stressful event, but it doesn’t always have to be the case. It is not a life-jeopardizing illness and does not cause physical pain, but from an emotional perspective it can be very difficult.
Hair follicles of most men begin to react during a certain point in life thus increasing their level of DHT in the body. With some men, hair loss might begin by the age of 16 to 23. The luckier ones begin to lose hair at the age of 30 to 35. Some men however notice hair loss only after 50 or even much later. The speed of hair loss with Androgenic Alopecia depends especially on the genetic predisposition to hair loss and the level of DHT in hair follicles.
If you have someone in your family who suffers from hair loss, you can anticipate that you may also lose hair in a similar way and at approximately the same rate. This family member can be from the father's or the mother's side. It doesn't have to be a direct relative. The amount of produced DHT in the body significantly affects the speed of hair loss. If the quantity of DHT reaches the point of sensitivity of your androgenic receptors, the hair begins to fall out. The more DHT the body produces, the faster the hair thins and falls out. Men first begin to lose hair on the sides of the scalp. The corners gradually become bigger and bigger and then the hairline area begins to thin. This stage may be accompanied by hair loss in the back of the head in the vertex area.
Emotional and mental stress could also be the alopecia areata causes , as well as trauma, relocation, death in the family, pregnancy, illness, accident or other major life changes. With the people carrying the gene, it can be the trigger for the onset of the condition.
Specialist physicians in "Marbo Hair" dermatology wards performed over 15,000 screenings of patients who suffered from various types of alopecia. The patients included adults and children and physicians monitored the effect of the Marbo products – Activator, Lotion and Shampoo. The results clearly demonstrate that Marbo Activator is one of the most effective natural hair care products for growing new hair and that its effect is the fastest when applied together with Lotion and Shampoo. Marbo products are current the only natural products for hair growth prescribed by physicians.

How to Treat Different Types of Alopecia Areata
Hair is made of protein called keratin, so when follicles produce new cells, old cells appear on the surface making strings of hair. Normally, adults have on their head about 100,000 - 150,000 hairs, averagely losing hundred a day. All of our bodies are covered with it, more or less. However, if it’s affected with some factors that number can be greater.
Alopecia areata is a condition when hair is falling from some parts of the head, making patches, or from other parts of the body like eyebrows, eyelashes, nose hair and generally all over the body where hair grows. It is considered to be a skin disease, because it affects skin of the scalp and is usually diagnosed by dermatologist. There are no medical explanations of how these patches develop and why are selected in the way they are and also, there is no test that can show if the patches will stay contained in that area or spread to another one. The cause is abnormal functioning of the immune system, when it attacks hair follicles making it fall more than usual. It’s not limited on any sex or age, it can happen to everyone, although women don’t reach the scale of complete baldness as men. The good thing is that it does not leave scars, only hairless areas.
It can occur in any part of the body, which has hair, not just the scalp - in the beard, eyebrows, eye lashes and any other place where you grow hair. But it mainly occurs on the scalp, usually as round spots about the size of quarters. There is no physical discomfort associated with this disorder. There are three different types of alopecia areata, depending on the location and the severity of the attack:
- When hair is lost all over the scalp it’s called Diffuse Alopecia areata . - In case when the hair loss is confined to the beard it’s called Alopecia Areata Barbae . - The third case is the highest degree of hair loss, from all over the body including scalp, eye brows, eye lashes, pubic hairs, nose hairs and it’s called Alopecia Areata Universalis.
Treatment options for alopecia areata include: - Corticosteroids: Anti-inflammatory drugs that are prescribed for autoimmune diseases. Corticosteroids can be given as an injection into the scalp or other areas, orally (as a pill), or applied topically (rubbed into the skin) as an ointment, cream, or foam. Response to therapy may be gradual. - Rogaine (minoxidil): This topical drug is already used as a treatment for pattern baldness. It usually takes about 12 weeks of treatment with Rogaine before hair begins to grow. Results can be disappointing.
There is also an option of natural remedies like Marbo Activator, which is made of herbal ingredients. It stimulates new hair growth on thinning scalp and bald regions, while hair becomes firmer and healthier. It has been helping people all over the world for last twenty years. Marbo Activator is one of the most effective natural products against alopecia areata and hair loss in patches in the world. Marbo has been tested for ten years before we decided to release it for general public and Marbo Activator was one of our first and obviously most effective products.

The Right Nutrition for Alopecia Areata Prevention
Alopecia areata is patchy baldness which typically begins with patchy hair loss on the scalp and sometimes progresses to complete baldness and even loss of body hair. The hair loss tends to be rather rapid and asymmetrical and is different than male pattern baldness.
In this article we will inform you how important are good hair nutrition . Getting the right vitamins in the right quantities is vital to healthy hair growth. In some cultures, eating the right kind of foods is just a way of life. One main hair loss solution is ability to have a proper nutritional diet that will produce much needed nutrients in our hair, eating foods rich in fiber, protein and vitamin C helps lessen the possibility of hair loss. Medical experts agree that hair loss occurs on individuals with certain deficiencies in some important nutrients.
Vitamin A has a big part in producing sebum. Without it you’ll have dry hair and dandruff. Those symptoms could potentially cause you hair loss. On the other end of the spectrum having too much sebum blocks hair follicles. So taking more Vitamin A than you need could actually cause you even more hair loss. Fortunately it’s impossible to overdose on Vitamin A when you get it from food sources. Mango, Oranges, Carrots, Sweet potato and Squash are all good sources of Vitamin A.
The B Vitamins are also a very important part of having healthy hair. The main B vitamins that you need to focus on for hair growth are Vitamin B-6 and Folic Acid. Vitamin B-6 is often found in protein rich foods and both Vitamin B-6 and protein is needed to prevent hair loss. Potatoes, cereals, Bananas, Garbanzo beans, Chicken breast, Oatmeal, Pork Loin, and roast beef contain Vitamin B-6. Folic Acid is found in cooked lentils, collard greens, chickpeas, medium papaya, frozen peas, and boiled asparagus.
Vitamin E helps provide good blood circulation to the scalp by increasing the absorption of oxygen. You can find it in cereals, Almonds, Safflower Oil, Corn Oil, Soybean Oil, Turnip greens. You probably don’t have a Vitamin E deficiency but if you do it’s most likely caused by an inability to absorb oils and fats. In this case taking a Vitamin E supplement is recommended.
